Asset Building: Pathways to Family Economic Stability

This conference will explore innovative asset-building tools and strategies and discuss opportunities to strengthen asset-building programs in Tennessee.

Join conference attendees to learn more about:

  • CFED’s 2009 Assets and Opportunities Scorecard: How does Tennessee rank in asset building compared to other states?;
  • innovative housing programs, including shared equity, community land trusts and renter equity programs;
  • financial education and asset building in the workplace;
  • best practices in establishing statewide asset-building coalitions; and
  • existing asset-building/preservation programs in Tennessee.
