Howard Wall will present his findings about how recessions affect different people and will discuss their impact across a range of demographic categories. Following his presentation, a panel of community leaders will take Wall's findings as a jumping-off point. How should this data influence our personal decisions about education and skills development? Our community's long-term education and workforce strategy? Our priorities for community-engagement programs?
