St. Louis Fed Promotes Renfro, Marshall, Schildknecht and Huang
St. Louis — The Federal Reserve Bank of St.
Louis announced the following promotions:
Michael Renfro has been promoted to senior vice
president of the Audit Department. Renfro joined the Reserve Bank
in 1989 as vice president and general auditor. A Certified Public
Accountant, he has a bachelor of science degree in business administration
from Southeast Missouri State University and a master's degree in
business administration from St. Louis University.
Patricia A. Marshall was promoted to vice president
of the Legal Department. She also serves the Reserve Bank as deputy
general counsel and assistant secretary to the board of directors.
Marshall joined the St. Louis Fed in 1986 as an attorney. She has
a bachelor's degree in business administration from Truman State
University and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Kathy Schildknecht was promoted to assistant
vice president of Risk Management Consulting. She joined the Reserve
Bank in 1984 as an auditor. Schildknecht has a bachelor of science
degree in business administration (specialization in accounting)
from St. Louis University.
James L. Huang was promoted to operations officer
of Financial Services. He joined the St. Louis Fed in 1996 as a
management analyst. He has a bachelor of science degree in business
administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a master's
degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
With branches in Little Rock, Louisville and Memphis, the Federal
Reserve Bank of St. Louis serves the Eighth Federal Reserve District,
which includes all of Arkansas, eastern Missouri, southern Indiana,
southern Illinois, western Kentucky, western Tennessee and northern
Mississippi. The St. Louis Fed is one of 12 regional Reserve Banks
that, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., comprise
the Federal Reserve System. As the nation's central bank, the Federal
Reserve System formulates U.S. monetary policy, regulates state-chartered
member banks and bank holding companies, and provides payment services
to financial institutions and the U.S. government.
