WHO: The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis
WHY: St. Louis Fed economist Chris Wheeler will
present the findings of his new study on business growth in neighborhoods,
one of the few that looks at the data from the neighborhood level
and attempts to identify the community characteristics that attract
business. Wheeler's analysis looks at zip codes across the country
and then focuses on data from St. Louis, as well as the St. Louis
Fed's branch cities of Little Rock, Louisville and Memphis.
