Trends and Innovations in Rental Housing: A Neighborhood Stabilization Strategy

In today’s changing housing market, rental housing is becoming increasingly important for community stabilization. At this meeting, national, state and regional experts will discuss the latest trends in rental housing, replicable best practices and valuable resources for implementing sustainable rental strategies in communities. Topics will include: Low Income Housing Tax Credits, the role of private-nonprofit partnerships, innovative asset development strategies and rural rental housing.
