St. Louis Fed Appoints New Community Development Advisory Council Members
ST. LOUIS -- The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has appointed five new members to its Community Development Advisory Council. The CDAC keeps the St. Louis Fed president and Community Development staff informed about relevant issues in the bank’s Eighth District and suggests ways to support local community development efforts.
The new CDAC members are:
- Chett Daniel, associate vice president for career and technical education, Crowder College, Neosho, Mo.
- Miguel Lopez, market strategy executive, Southern Bancorp, Little Rock, Ark.
- Matt Marshall, president and CEO, United Way of West Tennessee, Jackson, Tenn.
- Carol Silva Moralez, president and CEO, Upskill NWA, Bentonville, Ark.
- Stephen Westbrooks, executive director—southern region, IFF, St. Louis
