Jackie Martin joined the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis in 2007. She currently serves as interim leader of the Treasury Operations Division and oversees the District’s support for the U.S. Treasury across a broad portfolio of business lines including IT, operations, accounting, cash management, analytics, electronic invoicing, collateral and intra-governmental payment functions.

In her previous role, Martin served as group vice president of the Treasury Operations Division and vice chair of the Bank’s Senior Leadership Committee. Throughout her tenure with the Bank, Martin's leadership responsibilities have spanned several Bank functions including People & Culture, Internal Support Services and Technology.

Martin received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Alabama State University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
